I LOVE the simple pumpkin plate backdrop! It would be darling as a backdrop to your Thanksgiving food or dessert table. It is really fast and easy to make.
Supplies
Orange Paper Plates
Green Decorated Paper
Twain
Dole (as long as table)
Hot Glue Gun
Double sided tape
I wrapped the with the dole with twine and secured the twine with hot glue. Cut the green paper into 1”x 2” pieces.
Tape the paper to the backside of the paper plate. Then flip the plates over and line 4 in an up and down row. I put mine two fingers apart. Take your twine and leave 10-12” at the top of your row, then glue the plates in a straight row using twine. I lined mine up with the paper stem as my guide. Repeat till you have 4 rows.
Tie the rows to the dole.
Tip:
To make the plates to lay flat on the wall, take the twine under the dole. If you take the twine over the dole the plates will twist and turn.
Have fun crafting!
