I’ve seen rainbow cakes around and have never tried them…YET! This is going on the “to-create” list!!
I've been wanting to make one of these for a long time. I made rainbow cupcakes a few weeks ago which was a lot of fun. :)

I made Rainbow Cake with White Chocolate Frosting. It was so good, I think... I didn't even get to try any, it was gone so fast. Each layer had the coordinating fruit to the color. It was like eating fruit loops or trix in a more appetizing way:)
