Cake push pops are by far the easiest to make and eat.

Tips and Tricks

Cut out the cake with a round cookie cutter slightly smaller than the push pop container or use an empty container to get the right shape of cake.

Moist cake will gum up the inside as you slide the cake down; use fluffy cake to avoid the work of wiping off the inside of the container.

I like the look and taste of frosting half through the push pop. I cut my cake pieces in half and add frosting in-between.

I also make my cake pops a few days ahead of the party and put them in the freezer. Pull them out the day of the party.

Jell-o Push Pops

Tips and Tricks

Messy, Messy, Messy.

I would have kids eat this outside and show them how to push it up, slowly.

I scooped the made Jell-o into the push pop container. It was not fast but looks cool!

Frozen Lemonade

Tips and Tricks

Pour your favorite lemonade into the pop, then freeze!

Don’t let them melt when you display them!

Ice cream would be really fun in the push pops, too!

Where to buy?

We bought ours on a daily deals site but there are plenty of places that sells them. Save On Crafts has a 100 for $56. Amazon sells them, too (the more you buy the cheaper they are.)

How to wash?

I put mine in the dishwasher on the top rack. Check your instructions to make sure your push pops are dishwasher safe!

Enjoy!!!

  1. What a great idea. If I ever need something like that I'll use the idea. Grands would like this. Fun.
